With more than 25 years of experience in the health and fitness field, I’ve learned that a thoughtful plan and the right mentorship are essential for achieving lasting success. I’ve had the privilege of guiding clients toward diverse goals, from improving overall health and well-being to preparing for demanding pursuits such as summiting Mt. Kilimanjaro. My mission is to understand each client’s unique needs, design programs that are both scientifically grounded and appropriately challenging, and provide the guidance necessary to foster progress, sustainability, and long-term independence.

Personal training is a scheduled session that takes place either in your home or at a designated training location. My programming is structured yet flexible, allowing me to adjust for any factors that may affect your performance that day. Personal training is ideal if you’re looking for more guidance, accountability, encouragement, or variety in your workouts.
